Every year, hundreds of thousands of workers are injured or fall ill. Many needing urgent help. This online first aid course is designed to help you understand when, why, and how to act in a first aid situation.

You’ll learn about the key first aid regulations that apply in the workplace, how to provide basic treatment for injuries or illness, and when to call for help. Plus, this first aid training online course teaches you what to do while you wait for it to arrive.

The complete first aid awareness course takes about 40 minutes, but you can complete it at your own pace. If you leave halfway through, you’ll be able to resume where you left off.

At the end, you’ll take a short 10-question assessment. Get 8 or more correct to pass and access your downloadable certificate. You can retake it if needed.
