This bullying and harassment training course helps you understand the difference between both, how to recognise the signs early, and what actions should be taken to deal with them. You’ll learn about the emotional and professional impact this behaviour has on individuals and teams, along with the legal obligations that protect employees and require employers to act.
The anti harassment training is suitable for all employees, regardless of role or seniority. It includes clear examples, guidance on how to respond if you witness or experience inappropriate behaviour, and explains the consequences of ignoring it.
At the end of the bullying & harassment training course, you’ll take a short assessment with 5 questions. You’ll need to answer 4 correctly to pass and access your certificate. You don’t need to complete the course in one sitting, because your progress is saved automatically. Most learners complete bullying and harassment training courses in around 45 minutes.
