This training course has been officially approved by iirsm: Validation Certificate  It is important to know about violence and aggression, as well as how to define aggression and violence. Looking more closely at aggression, in this course you will study through the different types, forms and purposes of aggression. It is also important to understand some of the factors and root causes that may lead to aggression. Finally, you will gain an awareness of those at risk of both violence and aggression and understand individual responsibilities in relation to this topic. This course is for everyone as we are all at risk of being on the receiving end of violence or aggression in the workplace.
