Good Manufacturing Practice, usually shortened to GMP, provides the foundation for producing safe, high-quality food. It covers the everyday behaviours, controls and working practices that help prevent contamination, mistakes and product defects.

During this course, you will explore what GMP means, how contamination can occur and what you must do to protect food during manufacturing. You will also learn about personal hygiene, cleaning, maintenance, breakages and the get an overview of HACCP.
