Description

Driver safety is an important consideration for anyone driving a vehicle for work purposes. What you learn in this course will also be useful for any non-work-related driving too. It affects you and those who may be impacted by your driving; therefore, it is important to get it right.

This driver safety training is for all employees who drive as a part of their job.

By the end of the driving safety course you will:

• Know how to complete a pre-driving safety check
• Understand the rules around driving speed, driving hours, and using mobile devices
• Identify laws governing alcohol, illegal drugs and medicinal drugs, and their relation to safe driving
• Know how the latest changes to the Highway Code mean changing your driving habits.

Students can access the driver safety course online material 24 hours per day, seven days per week. When you pass the final assessment required at the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion to showcase your newfound knowledge of Driver Safety.
