Put simply, bribery is the giving or receiving of a bribe. It is an improper attempt to make someone do something for you by giving the person money, presents, or something else that they want.
As you progress through the course, you’ll discover that bribery can be a little more complex than that first definition. This is because what is considered as bribery is determined by many different factors.
This anti bribery certification is for all employees who interact with clients and customers, and are therefore at risk of being bribed or committing bribery.
