CDM Consultants to Guide You Through the Process

We are experienced auditors and offer CDM consultancy services. We will carry out site SHEQ audits and safety inspections ensuring that both project safety development and welfare arrangements are in place and being monitored and reviewed regularly.

Where required, prepare reports, safety KPI’s and attend project site safety meetings. Assist the project manager, site manager and project team with the development, review, and coordination of the project. Complete construction projects site Fire Risk Assessment and emergency strategies.

We can also carry out the duty holder role of Principal Designer assisting the principal contractor, before work starts, in preparation of the construction phase plan and ensuring suitable communication, coordination, and cooperation between all duty holders at the pre-construction phase of the project and then liaising with the principal contractor through the construction phase.
